IBTF has partnered up with Judge Arthur Barcinas and the probation office to provide
our at risk youth with projects to fulfill their community service requirements. The “clients” will perform community service hours towards beautification projects throughout the island.

Since we launched the program in April, clients have participated on several bus stop
paintings, beach cleanups, and roadside projects. Our goal is not only to have them work to beautify the island; but, also, instill value in the beauty of our island in each individual client.
